Do modern Rolex waches keep good time?

I have had an IWC for a while but I am thinking of buying a Rolex. The thing is, I've heard they don't keep very good time. Is this to be believed?

Do modern Rolex waches keep good time?

It has been shown that the Rolex is off a few seconds everyday.

While a good quality quartz crystal watch like Seiko is off by a few seconds every year.

Rolex is way overrated and uses an outdated way to keep time with the counterweight system. The thing just stops going if you don't wear your Rolex for a few days because you always need to wear it in order for the watch to wind.

A $10 digital watch is a better time keeper.

Or just get a good quality Seiko for a way less than Rolex.

My waterproof watch has water in it. Only the second hand moves. Is it finished?

Yeah my Rolex is quite good and it does keep the time good and it only cost my £3.50
