Absolutely go out and do your best! You may not win or even come close but its one more practice swing under your belt. Also, the more you tell yourself that you "suck", the more you brain starts to believe it, and then your body will follow suit. Don't do that to yourself! Most of athletic training is NOT about muscle building or endurance - its about training your mind. When you start truly believing you will win, that is when your body will truly believe it can win. Keep trying, keep practicing, and take pointers who know a little more than you...they'll probably be more than happy to show you tricks of the trade. practice makes perfect. Its a known fact if you run away from a challenge, it will make you weaker for the next one or you will develop a habit to say "forget it". Go for it and dont skip anything. If thats your weakness, then turn it into a strength. Work on it. Go find out more info on How-to, examples, and/or find someone that does the breaststroke well. As long as your accomplishing things at your strength, then you should feel good about capitalizing on you weakness knowing you will be more well rounded at the end. Good luck and don't sweat it!

hahaha DO IT! Have confidence in yourself, many times the only obstacle is yourself. Take a deep breath, tell yourself you can do it and GO! Know you are the best at being yourself! You ARE the BEST! YAHOO! do it! Know you can do it the best you can do!
