Competition swimmers: what are the sheer leggings that you wear for practice called?

The easiest method is to do nothing now, but wait until the water leaks out DOWN to the level of the tear in the plastic liner. IF IF you are lucky, the leak is near the top surface.

If the leak is very low, you will lose a lot of expensive water.
So, this is what I did in the past.
1. CLEAN, brush and vacuum every bit of dirt from the bottom and sides.
2. Put on a mask and snorkel, or get someone with a scuba tank to search for the leak. Only one person in the pool, to keep the water and visibility clear. It may take hours, but you CAN see a tear and touch it with fingers to confirm.
3. There are special vinyl glues (NOT RUBBER!) and patches that dry UNDERwater, so be prepared with a tube of that glue.
