I practice in a SCY pool...but during long course we switch it every other day to LCM. I swim better in LCM only because i suck at flip turns. I also prefer practice in an outdoor pool becaue i like to get tan (belive me i do get a tan). But for competitions i prefer indoor because it's a different change of enviroment and it gets me excited being in an indoor pool plus they won't cancel the swim meet if it rains.
Do you know if they sell the Swedish googles at like sport chalet or some place like that?
i have asthma so i like swimming outdoors because the clorihne lvl is less iratating i preffer long course for practicing because u have more tie to think about ur stroke and techniqe but it is harder to do sprints
for compettion though i like lcm indoor pools because the tempature is more controled and the sun doesnt burn/dehydrate u as much indoors also it can rain without the meet being cancelled.
