I need a swimming cap but I have tryed many types and they are very tight?
(my head is not big). Please, don't you know of any good quality cap that will fit nicely and doesn't torture the head?

Nope, those caps are meant to keep or minimize water going into your hair. Anything that doesn't fit tight is not going to work.Will swimming make my face/body acne worst?
I hate swimming caps cuz they do that. They pull your hair too when taking them off. Not all swimcaps are loose or tight. But I say let your hair get wet. Most swimmers I know still get their hair wet even with a swimcap on.Is it more advantageous for a swimmer in a competition to be at the middle lane?
Try using a femi-dom... they are large and don't hurt head.I work out 3 days a week and swim 3 days a week, why are my arms so tired while im swimming laps?
Actually that's sort of the point of the force otherwise water will go into your cap. It sucks at first but you get used to it.i only use caps at meets, but get a silicon one and it wont pull your hair out. they are all really tight, but thats the way they should be

Well ive found that every cap i have tried on is incredibly tight so just try losing it out by putting both hands in and moving them apart! (dont do this so hard that it breaks your cap though lol) Good Luck~~~~~~More Questions & Answers...
