How fast is a good flip turn during swimming?

When you get certified through PADI (Professional Association of Diving Instructors) they tell you the maximum depth is 130 feet. This is the no-decompression diving depth limit for recreational divers. There are courses that recreational divers can take that will teach using different gas mixes and decompression dives that will allow to around 260 feet.
