I work out 3 days a week and swim 3 days a week, why are my arms so tired while im swimming laps?

May be and only maybe , you should worry about your blood sugar levels being too high! It will cause muscle fatigue.How about your potassium intake? is it high enough?

You are over-exercising. Try to work out every other day so your muslces can get some relaxation.Is there a pool narrow but very very deep?
