I have a pool but there is a downward slope where its put how can i get rid of the slope?

This will depend on if this is a splasher or a real above ground and what sort of slope we're talking about. If it's a splasher on a slight slope and you don't want to do any digging of the yard, build a small retaining wall, down slope lined with filter cloth. Use your sand again and compact it with a lawn roller.
If it's a large slope and or a proper above ground pool, sorry to say, you're doing some digging. You'll need to dig out the high end, down to level. It's the only way to ensure nothing moves.

i take it this is an above ground pool. you will hate this. drain the pool and even out ground with sand for best results then fill again
