You practically can't go wrong with anywhere in the Florida Keys.

An excellent diving spot in the Florida Keys is John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park, located in Key Largo. Pennekamp is in the upper Keys.

For the middle Keys, try Marathon -- there are wrecks and reef dives available.

In the lower Keys, try Bahia Honda State Park. You can get a dive tour to Looe Key, a great reef location.

And naturally, you can find all kinds of dive packages out of Key West.
