How can i get water out of my ears?
Answers:
1. Make sure water has entered your ears and is staying there. This can easily be checked by slightly tapping your temple with your wrist. You will feel very uneasy if water is stagnant in your ears.
2. Take a few more drops of water, in your hand or in a dropper.
3. Lie down/hold your head, with the affected ear on the top.
4. Drop the few drops of water into the affected ear.
5. You will feel the water getting into the ear drums. After a few seconds (3 to 4 seconds), turn around very fast, so that the affected ear now faces the ground. You should be able to feel the water coming out of the ears, and the ear should feel very warm.
If water is not fully removed, try the procedure again.

this method sounds crazy but it sometimes works, tilt your head to side of where the affected ear is, and then jump frequently and then gently tap the side of your head until it comes out.All of our swim team kids get water in their ears. the water forms a vacuum, to allow the water to run out you need to get air behind the water in your ear. So turn your head, pointing the ear with the water in it toward the ground. Then "jut" your jaw (push your jaw out and in) this will change the shape of the ear canal allowing air to pass behind the water, then the water will flow out easily.
Buy a product called Swimmer's Ears...its made for that. After practice put some in and your good to go.
