It's a liability problem for the schools. First they'd have to screen out all the kids who have herpes simplix and exposure to TB. Not to mention Hepatitus, Mouth Fungi and the common cold.Also, most kids figure it out playing spin the bottle in one night so the cost of paying a teacher would not be economically sound.
Too many diseases and it costs too much for the district to pay for it.
Why does swimming make you taller?
