Been going out to lunch with Barry Bonds lately? seriously, I think you're packing on some muscle and maybe some hydration issues. You could be adding water weight too if you don't handle Hydration and Electrolyte issues. Too much salt? Not drinking enough water can also put your body into a cycle of increased water storage. Ig you drink more water, your body will dispose of it more readily.most likely muscle, swimming works pretty much every muscle, even ones that you don't use in any other exercise. but you also have to take into account that it was just Thanksgiving. in that case, you would lose the 4lbs right away with your swimming.

Maybe a little off the topic, but if it is a muscle gain, that's a LOT for two weeks especially you being an ethnic Korean. If a Korean girl can get that muscular, why is that Korean men are so small?Does anyone know Nathan Steckman?
Hmmm...I would say some of it is muscle. Remember that just because you work hard in the pool and do pilates and dryland, doesn't mean that you can go home and eat a whole bag of Lay's. Try eating more protein-rich foods like peanutbutter with apples. Chunk the cheeto's and pack the protein. What is your favrite sport out of basketball, baseball, tennis, golf, and swimming?
Sorry to tell you this, but swimming doesn't really hellp you loose that much weight. (And people do gain weight while swimming) It is very good to do for exercise though, since it exercises almost every muscle in your body and works you heart.More Questions & Answers...
