Prescription Swim Goggles?

Question:Hi, I would like to get prescription swim goggles for swimming. Would like to know how to calculate the power, my spectacles power is 300 on each eye, so how do I get the goggles power?

BAD IDEA prescription goggles were the worst but anyways..
i ordered them online and they told me how to measure what my prescription should be. it was easier than going to a swim shop n picking up a pair. i believe it was www.aquagoggles.com
