Has anyone ever tried diving into the ocean from outer space?

Who would most like be the first Ethiopian born to represent America in Paralympic swimming?
They would drift towards Earth, because outer space doesn't exert gravity, but the closest planet sure does! Then they would accelerate towards the center of Earth (the rate of acceleration changes as the mass comes closer to the Earth) and the body would burn up from the heat of atmospheric reentry. That's why space shuttles have to be so heat-guarded, including the ablative heat shield and the Super Light weight Ablator, among others. What is a supsitute(sp) for chlorene in a pool??

I'd like to try to touch the bottom. They would die, no oxygen.
They would float away, no gravity.
If they even reached the atmosphere of the earth, they would get stuck in orbit because the human mass isn't big enough to break through the atmosphere.
IF you even made it past the atmosphere, you would die because even there is no oxygen so high up in the air.
IF YOU EVER made it past that part of the ozone, you would die as soon as you hit the water because of the rate you are falling would cause you to just kind of smash yourself against the water. Thus you die!
Is this a serious question? I believe the person would way dead before they ever got even close to the water.

Yes, the Challenger astronauts. It didn't work.Where can you scuba dive for pearls?
you guys who keep saying "apollo 13" thats not funny, thats just plain heartless! anyways, to answer your question, it is IMPOSSIBLE to dive from outer space into the ocean. there is no gravity in outer space and so the person would simply float in space and die from lack of oxygen. also, if for some weird rason the persn didn't die or float in space, they would hit the bottom of the ocean after burrning up in the atmosphere. so either way, they would die!come on get real u deserve the dee dee dee award ...omg these questions are so damn stupid
