You can also use a kick board for working out and just kick ...really works out the legs

I happen to swim and i am able to say that any physical exercise will help with some weight loss. But if you can learn how to do the front crawl the weight loss will be more substantial. If you exercise every day and work hard you will loose weight.

Yah of course any time you work out you lose weight breastroke helps you build very strong legs and gluteouse maximous extremous hahah! And freestyle is mainly your arms but your still losing weight but also keep it in mind that you might gain weight by gaining muscle like arnold shwartzenager!!
