Just try to be sort of aware when you're breathing, try and be in control of your stomach and not expand it when breathing and just sort of conciously expand your chest. That oughta do the trick, eventually you'll get used to it and do it without thinking about it.It's exactly like learnin how 2 properly do somethin like keepin ur knees 2gether in breastroke, u have to practice it a lot, and concentrate on doin it. everytime u breath, think bout ir and soon, it will bcome a habit even if it is more than a couple weeks.
Your stomachache is suppose to rise slightly higher than your chest when you breath. As far as I read from a source if you don't then it means you're having shallow breathing.
