Question:how do you get DQed while swimming backstroke in a meet?

How do I get water out of my ears after I go swimming?
Hi, I was a college backstroker, and there just a few things you can do that will get you disqualified:1. Advance yourself by using the laneline (technically, you can stop and hold onto it, you just can't use it to move yourself forward).
2. Flipping over onto your stomach at any time except during the flipturn (see below)
3. Kicking underwater more than 15 yards
4. When you do your flipturn, by the time your "over reaching" arm reaches your hip (when you are on your stomach), your turn has to be initiated by your head. If it's not, and you glide or kick along on your stomach, you will get disqualified. So, if you flip over too soon and you are really far from the wall, you have to "skull" with your hand until you are close enough and your hand reaches your hip, then you can flip over. :)
What is the best way or organization to get certified for scuba diving?
well if you do a flip turn and i dont really know if you do or not but lets just say you do. when you flip to turn you can only pole once before you flip .. i hope that helpsUm by pulling on the lane rope (obvisiously LOL) you can also get dq'd by doing underwater dolphin kicks to long (up until like the second yellow marker in the pool; that like maybe 18-20 yrds?) also if you turn over on the wall to finish or do and extra stroke before you flip turn on a fifty. :)
Hi, I'm like one of the best back strokers on my team. Just keep your body flat, and look up at the celing, and go as fast as you can, try not to life your head too high. And you can get DQed, if your doing a flip turn in like a 50 or something and turn over too quick and take more than two strokes, your only supposed to take two then flip. I got DQed back stroking because of that.
