About swimming pools!?

Question:i have a cement pool that has started to have cracks and peices missing out of it. i want to call somebody to fix the cracks, but i dont know any numbers or companies. so if anybody knows some, that would be very helpful!

One of the reasons you develop cracks and scouring on cement pools is a low calcium hardness level. Water is a very corrosive substance and calcium is one thing that will leech into water quickly from surrounding materials. If you don't supply calcium hardness to the water then it will suck the calcium out of the cement as well as any grout or tiles in contact with the pool water. This will weaken the cement/tiles/gunite and cause bare spots, pitting, rough surfaces, etc.
