I read that I should eat within 20mins after exercising, what should I eat to get protein and carb?


Question:Also is the 20mins thing true? I think it's about your muscles recovering and you should eat something during that time.

After swim practice I ride my bike home (takes 15 mins). Should I eat after I get home or right after practice?
