wont take long if you do not have a fear of water...start by dunking your head under and blowing bubbles through your nose. the do it turning your Head to the side as you inhale... then lay flat in the water an d float... then try the same exercise laying on your gut... then just lay flat kick your feet and hold your breath. you will find that you move fol ward. then try it by using your hands and crawling across the surface of the water. do this all in shallow water so you can stand up at any time...i could teach you in 30 min if you do not have a fear of putting your face in and exhalingCould I get in trouble for purposely forcing a lifeguard to save me?
