I could do those so maybe i can help. i would say jump off a diving board at least 4 feet high, that way you have more hang time to rotate. line up make sure you have a good jump and flip forward, grab your knees and tuck into a ball. once you realize you've flipped open up and straighten your arms out to grab for the water. the best thing i can say is just go for it. if you hold back your more likely to not rotate as much. dont be scared and DO ITMore Questions & Answers...
