Am I lame to get cramps in my legs after doing the back (stroke) kick?
The best way to learn to swim is by taking lessons or asking a friend or family member to teach you. You can't learn to swim with an Internet guide, but I'll just provide you with some basic steps:Preparation:
1) Get yourself comfortable with having your face in the water. You can use goggles, but you don't have to. Learn to be underwater without holding your nose closed.
2) Lay on your back on the water and hold your breath. Try to float.
3) Hold onto the side of the pool and kick your feet up and down as hard as possible. Practice kicking for as long as it takes to be comfortable with it.

Is there a pool narrow but very very deep?
Start by getting in the poolGuys, which way do you point your penis?
there arent any, you just get in the water and move your arms and kick your legsI've been in my swimming class for 1 month and the first things i had to lear were:
a)hold your breath (under the water) for 10 seconds, do this 10 times
b) lear how to float (face down/up) for me was easier face down
c) learn how to move your legs. the better you move them, the faster you swim.
d) learn how to breath. let's say you swim face down for 10 seconds then you get your face out of the water to take a deep breath and then go under the water again.
those were the very basics to me.

1- sign up for swimming lessons2- blow bubbles
3- back float
4- front float and roll over to breath (lifting the head up causes the hips to drop)
5- once you can front float and roll over to breath you can move on to freestyle
6- Freestyle: Big arms, reach up to the sky and down to your toes with your arms, alternating arms, roll over to breath at first, and then earn how to side breath
7- Back stroke: Same as freestyle but only on your back. Chin-up belly button up, alternate arms, and kick
