He would hit the water at a speed of approx 120 mph, that is roughly the terminal velocity for a body falling through our atomosphere. I don't know if you would survive at this speed.But, I can tell you it would be a very effective sinus flush!!

Cliff divers often dive over a hundred and fifty feet and live, in practice anything over 284 feet and your at terminal velocity anyway (head down in a diving position around 180 mph) , so I would guess somewhere in between?
