Pain in ears when I workout in pool.--help!?

Hi I've recently begun swimming again..used to be a college swimmer. At about 300 yards and my ears begin to hurt..I'm certain its not Swimmer's ear...can it be because of blood pressure? The pool is outdoors..water isnt that cold just cool. Anyone ever have this problem while swimming or starting .back to swimming? Any suggestions? I usually have to stop for a bit for the pain to go away.--and off I go again.

Why use a booster pump for a swimming pool?

If it's been several years since you've swam, it might just be your body readjusting. I used to have this problem after I would take the spring off before the summer season (and the outdoor pool where I practiced was cold). After a week or so, the problem seemed to disappear on its own. Also, I seemed to notice the pain more during longer distance sets as opposed to sprinting.

Does aerobics help to increase height? Till what age can girls increase their height?

are you diving cuz if you go down deep the water pressure will hurt for a while even if you surfaced. i've never experienced pain in the ear from normal swimming but if it continue to hurt you can always go to a doc.
