Should I wear my speedo under my shorts?

I am 12 and I am on I swim team. I love to wear my speedo. My friend wears his under his shorts. When he want to swim at my pool it save him time. Should I do the same thing?

Dude, no. Under your board shorts or a swim suit is more than okay, I'd even suggest it in case they become untied and slide down which often happens if you dive and streamline. But under your regular shorts, no way. That's like wearing a cup all the time because it's safer that way.
