How To Combine Swimming With Other Exercises?

Is surfing hard to learn and do??

We all know that swimming has great health benefits... but the area where it falls down is with regard strengthening smaller muscles and joints around knees, ankles and feet.

This is simply because swimming is so low impact, being done in water, that you don't get exposure to the impact needed to train these areas.

Therefore you should consider complementing your swimming with some impact training, such as jogging once or twice a week, to get that complete workout.

What is the size of a swimming pool?

play games like water polo and many more

Would you call this a sport?

Swimming with other exercises can get tricky for people who do 2 exercises in one day. If it's like a 2 hour session for each sport than I would suggest that if you do decide to do both you should go with swimming first if the second one is something like weight lifting or playing an outside, non-cardiovascular sport (if you have any control over the workout yourself).

Just make sure that you get good rest in between each exercise and don't over-do youself. Rest when you need to because swimming with other exercises isn't that easy (BTDT)
