In swimming i have learned the value of goal setting also about being a team memeber. Goals are good because it lets you now what you are trying to get at how that is connected to swimming when trying to get a certain time you set a goal to get and have it somewhere where you always look so you will get used to setting goals. also you learn how to work on a team by you have to trust everyone that they will make the right decision.Long fins or short fins what is the difference while exercising ?
