the best advice i can give you is to take lesson from a pro it may be a little expensive depending on where you go to take lessons, but it's the best way to learn proper basis and proper strokes techniaue because that way not only will your strokes look nice but more importantly you'll avoid injuries by not making the wrong moves on your strokes.Where in the world would you find the only digital Rolex?

practice.Who do u think plays better tennis? Nadal,Hewitt or Federer?
Spend all your free time in the Tennis Court first and watch the players play. You will get an idea about the game. After that, try to hold the racquet properly and keep swinging your hand as if you are hitting a ball.
If possible be a sport and help the players to pick up the ball.
Then practice hitting the ball on the wall.
Now you can hit the ball to the opponent.
Good Luck !l
Why is it so difficult to find a tennis partner in Denmark?
what you need to do is go to a tennis club and see if there are any tennis classes for beginners. if there are sign up for a class. then you need to buy a racket. they should sell some rackets at the place that you go to. when you take your class make sure to try to do everything that the pro tells you to do. this way you should learn easily if you remember what they tell you. even when you don't have lesions you should go to the tennis club and see if they have a ball machine. if they do you should hit try to return the balls it hits to you. but then when you get better try to hit with a friends how plays tennis. this should get you better at tennis.Who else finds Sharapova's moaning terribly annoying when she plays tennis?

Look, just in case you don't have the money to go to a club and do all that fancy stuff (I actually recommend this to anyone who wants to compete seriously), don't buy a cheap racquet, buy a beginners racquet (do your research, it's simple), buy a few cans of balls (you will lose some at first) and find a public park that has not only tennis courts but a practice hitting wall (this is a big green, usually green, wall with a horizontal line painted all the way across about 3 ft. up from the ground). It's very important to start on the wall, first, it helps you to develop your strokes. Believe me, it's harder than it looks to play and the court will seem extremely awkward starting out. The wall gives you the best foundation. This is where my first coach started me for 3 mos. before I ever even hit the courts - he also coached Althea Gibson (fyi). Anyway, good luck!
P.S. Also practice hitting the ball in the middle of your racquet (sweet spot) - up and down as long as you can in intervals...can be done in the privacy of your home/room.
