What female tennis player won US Open in 1995?
All you have to do is just ice it for 20 minutes, then stop. 20 minutes on 20 minutes off. just keep doing that and it'll get better. If you're new at the game i would recommend getting help from a coach to make sure you're hitting the ball right. I've been playing for 7 years and I have only gotten injuries when i have been obviously (at least to my coach) doing something wrong with my stroke. until then though, take it easy and don't use it too much and just keep icing it. Good Luck =O)Winners of all Tennis grand slam Singles Titles?

Pete Sampras or Roger Federrer ?? who's the best ??
I'm thinking that you are left handed, is that right? If not then you must use that hand a lot...That's happened to me multiple times. It's nothing, your wrist is just super sore. It hurts, I know, but at the most it should last 3 days. Later on the pain starts to diminish. I just ignore mine unless it's swelling or turning red.
If you want to do something about it, you can wrap it up when you go to sleep with one of those elastic bandages so it won't move while you're asleep. That always works wonders. Good luck!
You need to ice it and take ibuprofen. You might want to do some exercises to strengthen it.
Do you think Agassi can make it to the top again soon?
Ice on for 20 minutes, off for 20 to reduce any swelling. Ibuprofen will help the pain now.As far as next time you play, a preventative wrap should be used. You can buy a wristguard, but the are usually bulky and uncomfortable. I would recommend athletic tape instead. Spread your hand out as far as possible, then wrap the tape around your wrist very tightly. When you let your hand relax, the tape should be at a comfortable, but supportive pressure. I've had plenty of wrist injuries playing tennis, and I now do this every time I play.

You're a leftie? The most important thing is to rest your wrist when you injure it. Get one of those wrist band things to help keep your wrist from bending, you know, the ones that enclose the area just below your wrist to your palm and can be fitted with the attached velcro. While you're resting it though, apply some ice, 15-20 minutes on and 15-20 minutes on, and repeat. Some Tylenol or Advil should help with the pain.Make sure you wear your wrist brace when you're not icing it, esp. when you're sleeping. That way, it's immobilized and you won't injure your wrist any further. Make sure you have no pain and can hold the weight of the racket and swing before you return to the courts, you don't want to reinjure your wrist which can easily happen right after an injury.
Take care!
