i love the babolat pure drive plus. It's a bit expensive, but if you're (or will become, anyway) a serious tennis player, then this is a great racket. I get a lot of power and control from it. I personally don't recomend it for begginers-for that i recommend wilsons.

It depends on you. If you have lots of power then choose a stiffer racket for more control. On the other hand if you need power, then choose a more flexible racket. Go to a specialty tennis shop and they should be able to help you.

Also most tennis shops will let you demo rackets. Basically you rent them for a week or two to try them out. That way you know exactly how they play.

There's no single best kind of racquet. What's best for me might be terrible for you. Depending on your game and your body, you might need a racquet that's stiffer or more flexible, is heavier or lighter, has a denser or looser string pattern, is more head heavy/head light/evenly balanced. You have to try different racquets & figure out what's best for you.

It is the one that fits you best. I like prince. The grip size has to be right. The weight has to fit you. I like a lighter racket some like one that has more weight in the head. It is according to the strings and how it is strung. String it looser for more control and tighter for more power. I like a vibrator on my strings so I can feel the ball better. Just because a pro plays with one doesn't mean it is a better racket. Try different ones to find the one right for you.
