LIke what muscles and stuff do they affect?

¿Who won to the Us Open?

Tennis is great for footwork and the midsection. True, the entire body gets a good workout- but the legs and midsection get a better burn. The turning and constant movement, plus hitting, puts a great burn on the stomach; and you need speed to get good hits, so you are always running.

Specifically, all the upper legs muscles and the calf get work. The torso, abdomen, lower back and slightly middle back get good work. The chest, arms and upper back get the least amount of work, but not by much.
