well ; you can work out ur upper body and four arms i played tennis and working your upper arms really helps it increases ur upper body stregnth.I played tennis semi professionally : you have to practice...A LOT.. You need to work on your footwork and precision with your racket.. You need to never give up and keep playing and playing and playing...Tennis is one of those sports if you don't practice day in day out you cannot progress... Practice all areas and have endurance, jog a lot you need to learn how to breath through a game.
Okay what does a set mean in a tennis game or when they say 0-7, or 6-5.??
Well to get strong just work out everyday. To get better at tennis then just keep practiing maybe take classes for it...Just keep practicing your game. Also, do some conditioning so that you don't lose your body being fit.
Practice and play 6 days a week, get in the weight room, and start running, especially sprints and lines. You just have to put in the time, it doesn't happen by magic.
