Well, the first guy who answered certainly doesn't have "a lifetime of tennis." On a serve, if the ball hits the net it doesn't matter whether it bounces once, twice, etc. in the correct service box; it is automatically a let and the server redos the serve. (if it is a let on the 1st serve, than they get two serves; if it is a let on the second serve, than they get one serve)
