Anticipating, planting your feet, and following through on your swing is always the best combination. And of course, in the process of anticipating, make sure you set your racket so the ball hits it firmly on the sweet spot of the racket.
first of all you get , side ways to the ball , take a small step to the ball , keep your feet on the ground , keep your eyes on the the ball , and swing from low to high hitting the ball around the waist , use your arm , dont turn your waist watch the ball hit the racket and fallow Thur ,, low to high will put top spin on the ball
Who's better Roger Federer or Raphael Nadal?
Hold the racket in a semi-Western Forehand grip (shake hands with the racket, then rotate it 1/8 th of a turn clockwise). You then swing from low to high. Visualize brushing the racket strings on the top of the ball as you swing, and the best part, swing hard. The racket should end up over your left shoulder if you are right handed. This swing produces lots of top spin. Takes some practice.don't go from to low and then straight up you need to go through it too still. the best way to learn is to watch the pros of pick up the magazing called tennis. they usually have some instructions and tips in it. also another way to fix this is to hire a coach even if you only see them for one lesson and they can tell you some things to work on
