I take side. Only because my serve isn't wonderful, and I'm comfortable returning the ball.Serve. I like to be in control of my own destiny.
I'm going to buy a tennis racquet today. How do I make sure I get a good one?

Serve. The side doesn't really bother me. It's not like it really makes me a difference to me anymore if the sun is in my eye or not. My serve is prett good, so I rely on it a lot, though when it breaks down on me, I'm screwed.Which is better, asphalt or concrete tennis court?
I like to take the side, for a few reasons. First, I dont have a power serve (and I am a decent returner) so I won't get the easy opening Aces. Also the sun. On the serves check your toss, I dont like not being able to see the ball when I toss it up, so I will let them do it. Wind is kinda like the sun, try and have it to your back if you can.Serve...

Side. Two reasons - my serve is streaky and the server is usually most nervous at the begining of the match so make him/her serve first to test his nerve. Plus of course I have a strong reuturn game. :)More Questions & Answers...
