Do you think Federer has peaked on clay and will be unable to defeat Nadal at the French Open?
Answers:
Who won the first grandslam title in tennis history?
I don't think Federer has peaked on clay. It is still his weakest surface, but he has been working on his game and steadily improving. Despite this, he won't be able to defeat Nadal at the French Open. Nadal has been on fire, and looks to be in top form. I don't see this changing before the French unless he sustains an injury during his very ambitious clay schedule.Old tennis balls in a wright ditson sealed can who would buy them early 1900s?
If the recent trend holds, he will be beaten by Nadal again at the French. No, he won't be able to defeat him.
Why do we have to suffer wimbledon every summer?
Well, I think that if Federer keeps playing like this, he won't be able to defeat Nadal at the French open. But, it's not like Roger has lost his game, he's improving on clay and on other courts, it's just that Canas thing, and he'll be back with his brilliance soon, he's still a very great player.
Tennis Rackets un-normal sound?
To analyze this question, two things must be taken into account. First, Canas has visibly shaken Federer's confidence level heading into the middle part of the tennis season by beating him twice--and on one of the Maha Raj's best surfaces. Second, Nadal continues to play great on the dirt and recently beat Federer at Monte Carlo.Weighing both of those factors, even if Federer has not peaked on clay, he will probably be unable to beat Nadal at the French. This assumes he makes it through any other clay court specialists that may be lerking in his half of the draw.
Federer needs to watch out; it is very possible his recent losses will have such a mental impact on his game that it throws him off for Wimbledon and the U.S. Open.
