Do you think tennis players should get paid more than the golfers?
I think it would be fair because tennis is absolutely more draining and stressful.

What an athlete should get paid depends very little on how "draining and stressful" a sport is. A tennis player's salary, like the salary of any other person, is determined by market forces. Tennis is not a popular sport, so the ATP and WTA don't generate as much revenue as the golf associations, so tennis players get paid less.Golf is more popular. Live with it!
Interesting question! Golfers have to play four (sometimes five) 4+-hour rounds to make their money; tennis matches are generally much shorter. Also, golfers endure the mental challenge of having to stand over their shots for 10-15-20 or more seconds before they hit them, which is mentally taxing; tennis players have very little time to think about each shot before they hit it.
There is no question that tennis players are much more fit and superior athletes to golfers at the professional level (in general); on that alone, I say they deserve better pay than golfers. In reality though, you always have to follow the money; golf attracts more lucrative sponsorships than tennis due to the fact that it attracts more television viewers (although I'll be damned if I know why). Thus the prevailing economics says golfers should get more money based on the fact that they generate more revenue than tennis players.
Kind of wishy-washy, I realize, but I'm trying to answer based on the economic climate in addition to the relative athletic merits of the two sports.
