I hit it by starting out with the racquet high and facing forward. Then I swing high to low at the ball like trying to chop it and scoop under the ball with the racquet facing upward a little more. lift your racket with your right hand and just brush down the ball very hard which gives it a great spin.sorry i did my best in explaining it. it is easier if you see someone do it or it is a lot more easier if you ask a coach.

i find that the best way to perform a forehand slice is when your saving a ball while your running.. When you still or in position you tend to turn your body or your arms which makes the ball go weirdTheres no exact form for a forehand slice, its all different for everyone. So its up to you, but for me I find that the best way is to scoop the ball a bit. So go below the ball and lift a bit, but its no spin and push down a bit like a forehand volley
