Stringing a racket?

Question:can someone please explain what the skipping part is:

16 Mains / 19 Crosses
Mains skip: 7T,9T,7H,9H

What does the 7t, 9t and all that means. I know its the holes but how would I find out which holes? Thanks a bunch.

You start counting holes in the middle of the racket and you count outwards. "t" means throat and "h" means head.
