Do u consider tennis a great nobil sport & golf the most boring one ?
When you start serving, don't put all of your power into the serve for a couple of serves because it may cause injuries and pain in the lower back and the shoulder. What male tennis player won French Open in 2001?
Always warm up well before playing, it can make all the difference.Where can i find andy roddick backpacks?
TRY TO CARRY A LIGHTER DRINKS TRAY AROUND THE PLAYERSI don't know if this is your problem, but if you have a topspin or kick serve, that puts a lot of stress on the back. If you are right-handed and toss the ball more behind you and arch your back a lot before extending upwards, maybe you should move your toss a little to the right so you arch your back less.
You will get less spin, but hopefully less back pain, too.
I'm gonna buy the midsize Wilson Pro Staff 6.0 right now/today, should I?
I would recommend working out a little more. It may seem counter intuitive, but working your abs will help relieve some of the back issues. You shoulder pain may be due to some mechanical issues or it may be underused. I would recommend having someone you can trust or a pro evaluate your service motion. If your motion is solid, you may need to perform some additional exercises/stretches to help. Hope this can help.
I would recommend just stetching and doing a prper warm-up to get your muscles moving and make them looser. Hopefully this will reduce or eliminate the pain.
of course, warm up first.
when you're sweating it means warm up time is over.
then, you should do some active streching exercizes.
after that do some hit the ball from the baseline for about 10 minutes.
ONLY THEN can you start warming up for the serve. don't serve too hard at first, warm up your shoulder muscles first, then little by little can you start increasing the speed of your serve.
if after that you still feel pain, try putting some ice on it after the match.
or consider this, maybe your technique has a flaw, so ask a tennis pro to check out your serving motion, and to correct it if needed.
