Are tennis balls green or yellow?
Well one thing i have learned in my years of tennis is that.. even if you practice 4-6 hours a day you may not improve, its the quality of practice you have. I would recomend only practing half that much but raise you intensity level to that of a tournament match. Also i would recomend spending more time with conditioning alternate days of sprinting and distance, also you are about the age to hit the gym and start doing weights. Over the years this has helped me improve the fastest as a tennis player.Hope this helped, Good Luck!
that sounds good to me as long as you spend that time working hard at your goal...i say that you can achieve anything if you really put your mind to it...
from what i hear we could be hearing your name in a couple of years at the US OPEN
I would really like to know how old you are. If you are 15-18, you will definetely get better, but if you are turning late 20 to 30, age will slow you down, and then what is it he point? You have to start young if you reaaly want to be a pro tennis player.
Why do player give up their fight when they start losing?

You are the only person who can limit your success. I would think that practicing 4-6 hours a day will just burn you out or give you stress injuries. I practice 2-3 hours a day but with a high intensity. It doesn't matter as much as how much you play a day, but the quality. If you go out and just goof off then you won't be getting better but if you pretend it is like a tournament situation you will always get better. Off court conditioning is great but make sure to take days off every once and a while to prevent overuse injuries. Good luck and have fun.More Questions & Answers...
