A site called Tennis Link handles the signing up for leagues and tournaments. But you need to know the team you are signing up for. Tennis Link for leagues is at:

If you are looking for a league and team to join, go to:

http://www.usta.com/tournament/default.s...

There, you can choose whether you are a junior, adult, or wheelchair player, then check on leagues for that catagory. Then you can choose to find a team, then pick your state. Then you will be given a list of league coordinators and phone numbers. Give them a call and you can get set up.
