Wrist pain+cracking noise?
I play tennis. I think my improper swinging technique has caused this. Sometimes, when I swing it in a certain way, I get pain in my wrist. When not playing tennis, if I move my wrist in circles, it makes little clicking cracking noises. After pain after tennis, I sometimes get pain when i move my wrist at at certain angle. What should I do?

p.s. You may want to check a few of your other joints just to see if you may have just a little weakness in your wrist or hurt it a bit, or if you may have some other weak spots
It sounds like you may have tennis elbow (same idea, just a different location.) Go see your doctor. It's probably a repetitive motion injury (like tennis elbow.)
What are some good workouts that can help you in tennis??
wrap ur wrists when u play. this is what my doctor told me. i've sprained both wrists and they've never healed.Hi! What do you think is the reason for Henin-Hardenne withdrawing from the Aus Open?
See an orthopedist and tell them what problem you're having. Before you play again. Really. You are really risking a bigger injury if it is indeed a problem. Bigger injury = longer recovery = no tennis. Ack!The william sisters are biggggggg!!?
1) i have the same problem but i just keep playing2) Ice it
3) if it doesnt get better after a few weeks then go to a docter
4) if your wrist keeps cracking but it doesnt hurt then its all right because thats what happened to me.
Problem with finding tennis tournaments?
Tennis elbow dude. BUT it is in your wrist...I would go see a docter. Also anouther smart thing to do would be to learn the correct way to swing and all that good stuff. It is important, you could really hurt yourself. In tennis tournaments like usta, what are some simple things that can get you disqualified?
It is a ligament problem. You have to ho get an MRI to see what is going on in their, An X -Ray will show you nothing. You may have a torn ligament and have to have wrist surgery, better to find out nowMore Questions & Answers...
