I have never read anything about it in any of the tennis magazines or heard any of the television commentators talk about it when one of them has or is playing , which tends to make me believe the answer is no, because they love to through tid bits of who's dating who in the tennis world. I Surfed the net for you and tried several different ways to get at it and could not find anything that suggested they were a couple , although I can give you Ana's black Labs dog name now if you want.
