It's tough to answer your questions with words. Somebody needs to show you. Anyway, a continental grip is when the heel of your palm is resting on the north point of your grip. You do a traditional volley by keeping your racket in front of you and "punching" the ball.

How to do Vollies? What is a continental grip? Top spin?
To answer these concepts I need to draw them, hard to explain since the raquet grip has numbers, Top spin is when you brush the ball from the bottom to the top but you can really use 3 different kind of grips and for vollies i only put my weight on my front leg and hold the raquet as solid as i can in front of me helped by my left hand using continental grip...

I know a little girl who did tenniss. do you have any idea how tostart it again?

I was ranked as the 60 th in my country (there was thousands)
,i was trained by the coach of our national team and here r his topics about these situations:
:

First:in volleys, the most important thing is that u must not do a lot of them in the game. They r extremely dangerous because they can easily make u lose.
u must have a STRONG hand, and when shooting the volley, focus on maintaining ur hands in direction desired.Do not let ur hands swing with the ball, and play the ball with a moderate power.U will be able 2 choose the power desired by experience,
but as i told u, do not play a lot of them.Move 2 the net only when u r sure that the point is yours.

I also know the top spin. This is a technique that makes the ball rises till it pass the net then start 2 go down so it help u to shoot the ball very strongly without fearing to be in the net.

You must see it in front of Ur eyes:
when shooting, start the racket from down the ball, and swing it as a circle in front of u.(light speed)
All tennis champions play this method, so watch the grand slams and focus on the movement of the hand of the player when shooting or simply ask ur coach to do it in front of u.
It is very easy.
I do not know the other two.

What is Amelie Mauresmo's tattoo?

The key in a volley is a firm wrist, racket always above your fingers level (Never head down). Volley swing is compact, ver compact. If the ball is low, bend your knees, not your racket.

The key to gain topspin is ending your follow-trough with your racket above your head. Start Low, end high, and take the ball early, as early as you can.
