Answers:
1. Surf- the most important thing in a surf isn't how hard your swinging or your body posture its alot more basic it's your throw make sure your throw to set up your surf is a bit forward but overall straight up so your back won't get hurt and you will have the best impact on the ball.
2. Ball in play- the one thing about tennis is never to settle in one spot always keep your feet moving and try to hit the ball as soon as it hits the ground so the ball has more momentum even if you have to cut the swing in half. This will cause you to use less strength and hit the ball with the same force.
3. Volley- Fast feet you will need fast feed to get up to the net and hit a solid volley. also a volley isn't always the finisher in a point but more like your set up so don't try to hit your first volley so hard but instead place in a spot where your opponent has to hit a running shot an leave you with and easy ball to hit it hard and end the point.
keep low, knees bent, on the balls of your feet and make sure you don't put your back to the ball unless you are reaching accross yourself for a backhand. when you serve stretch yourself out all the way to reach the ball but try to keep you feet on the ground. Start of slow trying to get a good fluid motion the speed up.

Where do they offer Tennis Lessons for a 10 year old girl?
on your serves practice technique and throw.. once you get those down..then practice aiming.... once you get that down practice power... make sure you kind of walk through your serve.. like you serve and after the serve you should end up kind of like you walked..get lessons from a local pro.
Why did serena williams open her legs to expose private part as shown by the newspaper pictures?
well, it depends what grip you are using. i personally use the continental grip but my coach says that it will be harder to do a slice or a top spin on it but i still do it anyway. if you do continental then your knuckle should be on the 2. and bounce the ball 2 or 3 times just to get your concentration. hold it like a glass of water and just lift your hand as your throw in to the air. and you want to hit the ball where you are in the position of a straight arm and then once you hit it just follow throw. idon't know if this helps because i'm not actually showing you but yea. you should ask your coach if you don't get it or something. and even if your in your house of whatever just practice . After all practice makes perfect!practice practice practice. that is the key to getting better. what you should really do is sign up for a tennis class at a tennis club around you. then you need to see if one of the pros can give you a private a few times a week. that way you are the only one and all of the attention is on you and they can concentrate on what you need to get better on. that is what i did and it worked well. I've been playing for at least 5 years and so has my sister and we both made our high school tennis team. even on the days when you don't have a lesion or a private you should practice you serve on your own or see if your tennis club has a tennis ball machine. but you can't just re-lie on the machine because it can't hit to you at different paces. the machine is only good for when you begin. well good luck. this is not an easy sport for a lot of people.
