Definately Justine Henin1. How she pulled out of THE FINAL of the Australian Open. Heck - i'd finish that match in a wheel chair if i had to.
2. I think it was a quarterfinal vs. Davenport. Called trainer down by set and a break. Then came back fresh as a daisy.
3. Shes a schemer. The French Open where Serena Williams served a ball when Henin put her hand up telling her she wasnt ready. Then when Serena asked her, she said she didnt. The typical French crowd accused SERENA of trying to cheat. 9not really faking an injury, but still example of cheating/bad sportsmanship)
Also, i do believe Hingis did occasionally in early career. No evidence in comeback - as of yet.

Henin is notorious for calling trainers to her aid when she is losing in a match. I am thinking back to a match that she played against Venus Williams at the U.S. Open when she called the trainer over citing cramps, and then proceeded to change the tide of the game.
