The key to hitting your service with more spin is throwing the ball toss more to the left and slightly behind you if you are righthanded and the opposite for a left hander, then as you come to make contact you should becoming up over the ball the term is with a wrist snap. Practise is key to this. In terms of hitting your service harder it all comes down to technique/positioning and the grip you use for a harder service you should have a flat grip for a hard service the ball toss should be slightly in front of you and straight opposed to spin which is to the side. The contact point should be at the highest point, so with an extended arm and hit right through the ball.Hope this helps the key is practice as I say.

All i can tell you is that i never knew how to put spin on the ball but the power is what i try to put the most on the ball.Dribble the ball to get concentratin.Then throw the ball up in to the air at the point when gravity takes place (when the ball is still, theres only a second of time).Get a good grip on the handle and swing away, make sure you arm is not to losse of to tight make it firm.Remember to concintrate.More Questions & Answers...
