How can I improve my tennis serve?

The money won in the majors is the same for both women and men.

At Wimbledon, the womens game doesn't last as long as the mens. They play less Sets.

Hence the women tennis players are saying that they want to play the same number of sets as what the men play, so they should then be on the same money/winnings.

But then, if I could win even half what they get for winning a tennis tournament, I wouldn't be complaining! :)

What female tennis player won French Open in 1993?

well i don't know if u know much about tennis...
but there is a huge difference between men and women tennis.
the reason why women and men don't compete against each other is that the men's game is more physical than the women's.
more importantly 80% of the women would be overpowered by the men.

Looking for a tennis instructors job in a resort\hotel,i am a tennis player with a fair amount of coaching exp

If women want the same money as men at the Majors, then they have to play the best of five sets. After all women drive buses and trains, deliver the post, fight fires and they don`t get to bunk off from these jobs 2 hours before the men for the same money. It occurs to me that all these sexual equlity women only want equality when it suits them.

If women want to get paid the same as men in tennis I am all for it. Just make them play 5 sets in which tournaments require them such as Wimbeldom.

Can u guys tell me some techniques to improve my tennis skills, like in serving, swinging, n everything?

Everyone else is missing the obvious...

MONEY!

If tournament directors made more money at female tourney's then at male tourneys there'd be increased competition to host women's tournaments, so they'd be forced to increase the prize money. I'd love to debate whether or not they "deserve," more but the fact is in the current global economy if the audience would pay more to see women, then the women would earn more.

Can I serve over arm, like in Tennis?

The dubiously named 'The Man' is right.
More people watch men's tennis, therefore bringing more money in. Why should the women take the money the men bring in?
Female footballers don't demand the same as males, nor do female rugby players... admittedly women's tennis gets a higher percentage of spectators than other sports, but it's still not on a par. When it is, they can claim pay parity.
