Who are your friends in a tennis match? do u have any?
Depends what you like to do. First of all, do not stand right on the baseline. If you are a defensive player, stand a couple feet back from the baseline. If you are aggresive and can take the ball off the rise, stand closer to the baseline. There are times that you do take a step inside the baseline after you hit a shot, but you have to know when. Watch the pro's. They know where to stand. Even if you are aggresive, you have to step back sometimes. Even Federer is caught 8 feet behind the baseline sometimes. Only extremely stubborn players never back up. Stubborn players are not smart players and will lose a lot of matches to people they shouldn't have.Who has smellier feet, venus williams or serena williams?
personally about 2 feet behind the baseline and then when the short ball comes i move in and hit the ball when it is high and attack the person's backhad (or weaker stroke)Who is better ROGER FEDERER or RAFAEL NADAL??
I am usually around 1 to 2 feet behind the baseline during most rallys. I am looking to pounce on any short ball with a decent bounce. Most of the time I try to drive the ball to an open corner. If I should leave a ball short I adjust my position based on the height of the ball. A higher bounce I become more defensive and play further back, a low bounce I probably cheat in a step or two to cut off a sharply hit angle. My baseline positioning has a lot to do with reading my opponents shots, but overall I would say 1 to 2 feet behind the baseline is where I am at most often.More Questions & Answers...
